The exact method depends on your rug's material, construction, dyes, condition, and age.
Initial Inspection
We examine your rug's fiber, construction, dyes, and condition to determine a safe cleaning approach.
Dry Soil & Dust Removal
Deep, controlled dusting removes embedded soil and grit that ordinary vacuuming can't reach.
Spot & Stain Treatment
Visible stains and problem areas are treated individually using appropriate, targeted methods.
Method-Appropriate Washing
Your rug is cleaned using the method suited to its material and construction, not a one-size-fits-all process.
Controlled Rinsing
Thorough, controlled rinsing helps clear cleaning residue while protecting fibers and dyes.
Careful Drying
Rugs are dried in a controlled setting to help prevent shrinkage, discoloration, or fiber damage.
Grooming & Finishing
Pile is groomed and fringe is straightened to restore your rug's appearance.
Final Inspection
Every rug is reviewed before it's approved for return, delivery, or pickup.
Delivery & Placement (Optional)
We can deliver your rug and help place it back in your space when scheduled.
